The High Commission

The High Commission of Ghana in Canberra has jurisdiction over Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Kiribati, Nauru, Vanuatu and Tonga. 

The principal role of the Mission is to promote and protect the interest of Ghana and her nationals in the afore-mentioned countries and the entire Pacific Island States. It also exists to promote and sustain friendly political, socio-cultural, educational, economic and trade ties between Ghana and the countries of accreditation.
