N.B.: Please, all applications should be supported by copies/proof/details of the bank transfers made into the Mission’s provided account, and any unsupported application will not be processed without notice to the applicant concerned.
The loss of the passport must be reported to the local police.
Applications for passports are processed in Ghana and printed in Ghana Embassy, Tokyo, Japan, and couriered to the Canberra Mission for onward delivery to applicants. Currently, the processing is about 15 Working Days.
Please, provide a self-addressed prepaid platinum Express Post envelope for the posting of the issued passports, if you believe that you may not be able to visit the Mission to collect your passport.
